Our second-semester instructors combine advanced academic training and yeshiva learning.  They all have MA degrees, some have semikha (rabbinic ordination), and some have or are working on PhDs.  They are experts in the subjects they teach and are actively involved in their fields and communities.  All of them are committed to the institute’s educational mission, philosophy, and methods, to serving as mentors, and to our fundamental belief in the power of ideas and inquiry to shape the individual and the world.
